If the pinnacle is less than 800 meters tall on this date, this claim will pay 0. If the pinnacle exceeds 1000 meters prior to the judging date, this claim shall immediately pay 100. If Burj Dubai's height can reasonably be considered fixed/complete prior to the juding date, this claim should be judged at that time.
