This claim will be judged YES if a sequel to the motion picture JUDGE Dredd is released in theatres or on video by 1/1/2000. It will be judged NO if no such film has been released by that date (even if it is in production at that time). This is to avoid debate about the meaning of 'in production' (eg Do rumours count?)
