Steve Jobs will no longer be employed by Apple Computer (or any division thereof) on January 1, 2002. For the purposes of this claim, Jobs employment status will be determined by his day-to-day involvement with the operations of the company, e.g. being the head of new product development would be considered employment, while being on the board of directors would not. It does not change the judging of this claim whether his severance is voluntary or not. If it has been announced that he is leaving the company, but has not done so as of 01/01/2002, this claim shall be judged NO.
