This is a scaled claim based on the number of gold medals the U.S. Olympic team awarded in Athens 2004 Olympic Games. It pays 1.00 for 50 or more gold medals and 0.00 for 30 or less. The complete payout schedule is as follow:

This claim shall be based on the medal count listed on the official website www.athens2004.com at or before 4:00 pm EDT August 31, 2004. Any subsequent medal cancellation, retraction, or medal re-assignment shall not affect the outcome of this claim.

In the event that this website is not available at the judgement time, the official IOC website www.olympic.org shall be used.

In the event that the Athens 2004 Olympic Games does not finish on August 29, 2004, the judge of this claim shall decide the appropriate time for judgement.
