Al Gore, Former Vice President at the time of claim creation, will assume the office of president of the United States by March 1, 2009, after the 2008 presidential election.
If Al Gore already held that office before the 2008 presidential election, then this claim will be judged true if he still holds the office on March 1, 2009.
For the sake of judgment, the facts relevant to this claim must all be agreed upon by The New York Times, ABC News, and Fox News. If those three news agencies cannot agree by the judgment date, then this claim will be judged false. If any of those news agencies should go out of business, the judge may choose a suitable replacement.
Note I will judge this claim as false if Gore has neen elected vice president or president right after the Nov. election. I will judge the claim true if Gore is inaugurated.
