By 2010-01-01 President George W. Bush of the United States at the time of the creation of this claim will be either tried for war crimes or will refuse to honor subpoenas from at least 6 countries or refuse to honor subpoenas from an internationally recognized court(i.e. the Hague or a similar court recognized by the majority of countries) related to charges of war crimes.
For purposes of this claim, a country an legal entity with membership status in the United Nations unless that organization has been disbanded or at least 50 countries withdraw from that organization.
